SHIPPING
We ship throughout mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands via MRW. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Free shipping on orders over €50.
- For orders under €50, a shipping cost will be applied and indicated during the checkout process.
- The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days once the order is confirmed.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Some of our items are made to order. In these cases, the estimated preparation and shipping time is 15 days from order confirmation. This timeframe will be clearly indicated on each product page.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For shipments outside of Spain, please contact us before placing your order, and we will inform you of the applicable conditions and costs.
RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason, in accordance with current European regulations.
To initiate a return:

- We will send you the return instructions.
- The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and with its original tags.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Once the item is received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days.
⚠️ Handmade items: Some of our products are handmade. Due to their nature, they may show slight color variations compared to the images displayed on the website. These variations are inherent to the artisanal process and are not considered manufacturing defects, so they will not be grounds for return for this reason.
ACCESSORIES — RETURN POLICY
Accessory items cannot be returned, except in case of breakage during shipping.
If you receive an accessory damaged during transport, you have a maximum of 24 hours from the receipt of the order to notify the company. After this period, no claims will be accepted for this reason.
